My research focuses on the design, control and investigation of synthetic quantum many-body systems.
Future projects aim at deepen our understanding of microscopic and macroscopic quantum systems, while employing quantum physics for technological applications. Special attention is paid to quantum simulation, quantum computation and quantum error correction.
